Your mental health is important
Life is often challenging and unpredictable, but I believe within each of us lies the strength and resilience to grow, change, and live a healthier, happier life. Making the decision to go to therapy is the first step in this journey. Therapy is a process, which requires self-reflection and honesty — both with yourself and me. It is important for me to create a space where you feel safe and listened to. My goal is to help you reach your goals in a supportive, empathetic, and compassionate space.
An integrative approach
My therapeutic framework is integrative, which means that I utilize a variety of approaches depending on the issue we are addressing. I utilize cognitive behavior techniques, humanistic (client-centered), family-of-origin work, somatic techniques as well as others as the need arises. Our conversation and treatment plan will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.
