Coaching is profoundly different from therapy. The coaching process addresses specific aspects of an individual's life by examining what is going on right now, looking at what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action. Coaching is an alliance between the coach and client. You are the expert on yourself and the answers lie within. However, often the answers are obscured or hidden, and asking the right questions often leads you to the right answer. The coach knows the right questions to ask as well as has the tools and techniques to empower the client to find them within themselves.
